Part of my job is to set up the interventions that take place in our school – these groups are designed to enable children to make rapid progress in a small group or 1:1 situation. I teach some of these groups. I have always wanted to be a teacher and I love my job! Outside of school, I love to read and enjoy eating the cakes that Mrs Alderman bakes and brings into the staffroom!
